A:We provide in-house wash test reports. If you require third-party reports such as SGS, additional charges will apply.
A:Yes. Depending on the style of products, mold fees, plate fees, or sampling charges may apply. We will inform you of the costs in advance.
A:Yes. We use raw materials from reputable manufacturers and can provide corresponding material test reports.
A: Yes, but we will charge an additional fee for drawing services. Providing original design file is recommended to avoid discrepancies.
A:We recommend proper storage in a cool, shaded place if the products are not used immediately. All products have a limited shelf life and are not intended for permanent storage.
A:We operate on FOB terms with full payment required before shipment. Shipping fees are borne by the customer. Our logistics partners include FedEx, DHL, and SF Express.
A:We include a 1% allowance for defects with each shipment. If you notice significant quality issues, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
